Trademark / Logo Policy

1.1 ISNetworld and ISN trademarks and servicemarks are important vehicles that portray and identify the products, services and reputation of our offerings; and, as such, are protected as valuable assets by ISN Software Corporation.

1.2 Any improper, confusing or unauthorized use of the ISNetworld trademarks and servicemarks is likely to affect our reputation and image, and is strictly prohibited.

1.3 These guidelines explain the limited extent third parties may obtain permission to use ISNetworld trademarks, servicemarks and logos.  Third parties may use ISNetworld trademarks, servicemarks or logos only in accordance with this policy or as otherwise may be agreed in writing with ISN. 

1.4 It is not allowed to use any and all of ISN’s marks and logos in a confusing manner to those and/or in such proximity to any of a third party’s trademarks so as to create a combination or composite mark. 

1.5 Any authorized third party use of ISNetworld logos, trademarks and servicemarks immediately terminates upon written notice from ISN or when affiliation with ISNetworld has ceased.

2.1 ISNetworld logos permitted for third party use may not be used on any website that, in ISN’s sole discretion, disparages ISN or its services, infringes ISN's intellectual property rights or trademark, servicemark and logo use policy, creates confusion, or violates any state, province, national or international law.

2.2 ISNetworld logos permitted for third party use may not be used in a manner that suggests that ISN is involved with, endorses or is affiliated with your products or services or company.

3.1 Third parties with a signed ISNetworld Data Provider Agreement in place may use the “ISNetworld Data Provider” logo for use as stipulated in the written data provider agreement and this policy.

3.2 The “ISNetworld Data Provider” logo must be hyperlinked to ISNetworld’s website (www.isnetworld.com) at all times. The logo may be used only as depicted below. The logo may not be modified, altered in any way or be used in a confusing manner.

4.1 As an added benefit to its member vendors, ISNetworld provides and encourages the proper use of the Member Vendor logo by active ISNetworld member vendors on their websites.

4.2 The “ISNetworld Member Vendor” logo must always be hyperlinked to ISNetworld’s website (www.isnetworld.com) at all times. The logo may be used only as depicted below. The logo may not be modified, altered in any way or be used in a confusing manner.

5.1 It is not allowed to frame or alter the way in which the ISNetworld website or its content is viewed. Framing generally means causing third party content to appear above, below, beside or around the ISNetworld site.

6.1 While it has become very popular to register, use and sell domain names, it generally is not permissible to own, sell or use a domain name, which contains a trademark owned by another person or company.

6.2 ISN owns exclusive servicemark and trademark rights in the ISN and ISNetworld names. The ownership, use or sale of a domain name that contains any of our registered trademark and servicemarks, including ISNetworld, RAVS and/or ISN, is not permitted.

7.1 The use or placement of ISNetworld web page screenshots on third party websites without prior written permission is prohibited.

8.1 ISNetworld trademarks and servicemarks should not be registered as search engine key words or sponsored links if the registration causes confusion or suggests that ISN is involved with, endorses, or is affiliated with the third party.
